Thursday, April 21, 2016 – This year’s PIA Law Practical Strategies Conference will address various topics surrounding Paediatric Traumatic Brain Injury such as:

• How to increase awareness and understanding of paediatric traumatic brain injury
• Development of advocacy protocols to support families affected by paediatric TBI
• Learn how the upcoming changes to the SABS and the new definition of Catastrophic Impairment will affect benefits available to those suffering  paediatric brain injury
• Provide a forum for discussion and having your questions answered by legal experts and health care professionals

WHO SHOULD ATTEND? This conference will be of special interest to all health care professionals, patients and their families.

COST: $100
(The conference fees include all learning materials, meals and cocktail reception.  The fees for this conference will be donated entirely to the OBIA Hospital Clinician Educational Bursary and the PIA Community Healthcare Professional Bursary).
