Biography

Madeline Bandak is a summer student at Thomson Rogers. She is currently finishing her law degree at Western University and will graduate with a Juris Doctor in May 2025.

Prior to attending law school, Madeline received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Western University where she received an Honours Specialization in English Literature and Language and graduated on the Dean’s list.

Throughout her legal studies, Madeline has been an avid member of her law school community. In 2023-2024, Madeline was one of the Orientation Week Co-Chairs for Western Law and dedicated the summer to planning and conducting the welcome week for incoming first-year law students. Madeline also tutors in the subjects of Tort law and Criminal law in her law school community. Madeline previously worked as a 1L summer student for a sole practitioner where she first began to develop her passion for advocacy which eventually led her to join Thomson Rogers to help navigate clients through a challenging time in their lives.

Outside of work, Madeline enjoys playing tennis, spending time with her family and friends, and playing the piano.
