Biography
Madeline Bandak helps personal injury and medical malpractice clients move forward after life-altering events, guiding them through every stage of the litigation process with steady, plaintiff-side advocacy.
Madeline is an associate at Thomson Rogers LLP, practising with the Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice groups. Her interest in litigation took shape during law school, leading her to Thomson Rogers as a summer student in 2024, drawn by her passion for plaintiff-side advocacy. As an articling student, she developed a focus in medical malpractice law, and as an associate, she now helps clients navigate the litigation process after serious injury or medical negligence.
Madeline received her Juris Doctor from Western Law in June 2025. Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Western University, specializing in English language and literature.
Outside the office, Madeline enjoys reading, playing tennis, and attending Blue Jays games.
