Thomson Rogers LLP welcomes back Madeline Bandak as associate in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Groups

Thomson Rogers LLP is pleased to welcome Madeline Bandak as an Associate, where she will practise with the firm’s Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice groups.

Madeline’s interest in litigation took shape during law school and led her to Thomson Rogers as a summer student in 2024. That early experience confirmed her passion for advocacy, and she has since played a role in helping clients navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives, from catastrophic injury claims to medical malpractice matters.

Madeline Bandak received her Juris Doctor from Western Law in June 2025. Before law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Western University, specializing in English language and literature.
