This Thanksgiving weekend we’re delighted to be part of The Norwood Fall Fair as exhibitors. Personal injury lawyers Robert Ben and Ian Furlong will be there to be there to join in on the fun. This year’s theme is Cow Bells & Carousels!
If you’ve never heard of The Norwood Fall Fair then it might be time you acquainted yourself with this event that has been running since 1868 in the Peterborough & the Kawarthas area. That’s almost 150 years of horses, cows, antiques, tractor races, auctions, live music and other entertainment.
In its early days, the fair was a place where people brought their farming wares to sell and display to the community. Farmers, residents and merchants from the surrounding areas would celebrate the harvest, catch up on current events, talk about schooling and government, and overall take a break from their routine and enjoy themselves.
While the fair has changed a lot over the years, there’s a lot that hasn’t changed. If you’re looking for a great family event that offers a wholesome taste of rural Ontario then join us on October 8th, 9th, and 10th at The Norwood Fall Fair.
