Injured people and their families are often devastated by a car accident.

Take the case of the Leitis family. Mother, daughter and grandson were standing on the sidewalk when things changed forever. Mother and grandson suffered severe orthopaedic injuries and severe traumatic brain injury. Daughter was killed. In the extremely difficult times that followed for the entire family, not only in coping and adjusting to their terrible losses, but also in navigating the challenging and complex insurance system.
