Drawing the line on what’s owed to a care provider

The extent of one’s “economic loss” has been determined to be irrelevant to an evaluation of the quantum available to a care provider who otherwise can meet the definition of “incurred” within the Ontario Statutory Accident Benefit Schedule (SABS).
