When our daughter was catastrophically injured in March of 2023, our lives were torn apart literally overnight. There are no words that could ever do justice to our shock and confusion, especially during the early days. It was like living a nightmare, to the point where we couldn’t even think straight.

During the year of hospitalization that followed and the ten months after that which involved getting Kora home and accessing all the services we’d need, Darcy and his team were invaluable. To say our family was under intense emotional strain during this period is putting it lightly, but Darcy, Merna, and the rest of the team were there to help with all our needs.
Whenever we had anything that needed to be dealt with, they got back to us almost immediately with a solution. When something needed explaining, as accident claims can be complicated, Darcy was always available for a call or Zoom session to guide us through. They took care of everything.
I can honestly say I don’t know how we would have made it through this horrific time without the help of Darcy and his team. To say we appreciated their services is a vast understatement, and I would recommend both Darcy Merkur and Thomson Rogers to anyone struggling with a personal injury situation.
