We are incredibly grateful to Darcy and his entire team for the way they supported our family through an extremely difficult and stressful time.
I interviewed Darcy within 48 hours of the accident, at a time when I was trying to make important decisions under incredibly difficult circumstances. Looking back, I feel very fortunate that I chose him. His reputation in the community is well deserved, and the integrity, experience and commitment he brought to our case became apparent very quickly.

Although my husband was the person injured, Darcy took the time to understand how my role as his caregiver, the resulting impact on my own work and parenting responsibilities and my four children, with their busy lives, fit into the overall picture. Darcy also has strong working relationships with equally exceptional professionals who became an important part of our support system, including occupational therapy, home-care support and services that helped us manage childcare and family responsibilities. Having access to knowledgeable, compassionate people when we suddenly needed them made an enormous difference in helping our family function and recover.
Darcy was very grounded and ethical throughout the entire process. He was realistic about the law and our case, never over promised, and explained complicated legal issues in a way that was clear and easy to understand. That was especially valuable at a time when we were dealing with significant stress and health issues and simply did not have the capacity to navigate the complexity ourselves.
The strength of the entire team was equally impressive. Danny was tremendous with evidence gathering, research and fact-checking, and Teagan was exceptionally organized and administratively on top of every detail. We always felt that our case was being carefully managed and that there was a strong team behind us.
Most importantly, Darcy and his team helped us navigate something we never expected to go through and ultimately went above and beyond to help us put this chapter behind us and move forward in a positive way. We are sincerely thankful for their expertise, integrity, compassion and commitment.
