Biography
Konstantine is a municipal, land use planning, expropriations and environmental lawyer with extensive experience in both government and private practice. A former town solicitor, Konstantine brings to his practice his lived experience of the nuts and bolts of how government works, gathered from the daily demands of managing a legal department and providing legal services to staff and council.
Acting as a legal advisor, planning and regulatory approvals strategist, provincial offences prosecutor and litigator Konstantine provides a full range of legal services to municipalities, conservation authorities, and private sector. He has appears regularly before courts and tribunals including the Ontario Land Tribunal, Ontario Court of Justice (Provincial Offences), the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Court of Appeal.
In working with his clients, Konstantine takes pride in his ability to listen, communicate, and build consensus, while strategically moving issues forward with an eye to the big picture.
