2019 Provincial ABI Conference – OBIA

Thomson Rogers is proud to once again be the Diamond Sponsor of the Ontario Brain Injury Association’s 2019 Provincial ABI Conference.  As the Diamond Sponsor, we are happy to subsidize the registration of survivors and family members.

The conference is being held on November 6-8, 2019, and its focus is on “Forging New Pathways, Navigating Challenges, Exploring Breakthroughs”. The conference will be of interest to ABI Rehabilitation Professionals, Psychologists, Legal Representatives, Social Workers, Nurses, Personal Support Workers and Advocates. There will be workshops specially selected for survivors, their families and caregivers.

Stephen Birman, a personal injury lawyer and partner at Thomson Rogers, will be a speaker in a panel on “Financial Constraints Can Impact Recovery after a Brain Injury:  What Clinicians, Lawyers and Financial Consultants Need to Consider” – see Concurrent Session B5, for more information.
