2024 Toronto ABI Conference

You’ll not want to miss our session at 10:45 a.m. on December 5th, titled Beyond the ABI: Sara Baker’s Fight for Justice. This is the first time Sara will be publicly talking about her ordeal. Alongside her Thomson Rogers legal team of Stephen Birman, Robert Ben and Lucy Jackson, she’ll discuss her experience and the impact of this landmark verdict that is the largest punitive damages award against an insurer in Canadian history.
