SIGNIFICANT NORMAL FARM PRACTICES PROTECTION BOARD DECISIONS

Douglas Cox v. Mono (Town). February 22, 2016, NFPPB.
Proposal was to bring in fill to fill in valleys on a sheep farm. Acted on behalf of the Town to successfully defended the Town’s Fill By-law. The Board found that the proposal was not a normal farm practice for the purposes of the non-application of the Fill By-law.
