HOANG V. VICENTINI (2012, UNREPORTED JURY DECISION)

Helped recover a substantial award of damages in a five-week jury trial for a brain injured young boy who was struck by a car after running into an intersection. The defendants later tried, unsuccessfully, to reduce the award by deducting insurance benefits available to the boy for his future medical and rehabilitation needs (2012 ONSC 6644).
