Thomson Rogers brought a multi-faceted motion two months prior to the trial of this motor vehicle cases. In doing so, they were granted leave to amend the Statement of Claim, despite the late stage of the proceedings, to increase the Plaintiffs’ prayer for relief from $5.5 million to $22 million.
