We’re kicking off our year-long Thought Leadership Series with our Managing Partner, Stephen D’Agostino. Thomson Rogers has been a leader in litigation on Bay Street for nearly 90 years, and its commitment to thought leadership is no different. We’re ready to educate, share and inspire!

Why are we doing this?

We thought we would do a thought leadership series for a couple of reasons. One is that we get the same questions all of the time, so this is a really good way to get the information out because people are interested in these areas. But it’s also a good way to get to know us, to understand who our lawyers are and to get a feel for the lawyers that we have in our firm because they have ideas that they’re prepared to share with you, and this series gives them a venue to do that.

Why are Thomson Rogers thought leaders?

We’ve always been thought leaders. Thomson Rogers has been a leader in litigation on Bay Street for almost 90 years now. If you look at the leading cases in almost all the areas, you’ll find a Thomson Rogers case there.

Why should you hire a thought leader?

It’s important to have a lawyer who’s a thought leader in litigation because litigation is a competition. You want to win. And to win, you need a lawyer who is three steps ahead of the opposition – and that’s a thought leader.
