Mirapex Class Action Certified by Ontario Court

In a decision released on March 28, 2011, the Ontario Superior Court has certified Mirapex as a class action. The class includes all persons resident in Canada (other than in Quebec) who were prescribed Mirapex for the treatment of Parkinson’s Disease. The Certification Decision can be found on our website under, “Class Action Litigation” and “Mirapex”.
