Danny McCoy, founder of Disabled Sailing Association of Ontario

October 16, 2015

At the age of 43, Danny McCoy was rendered a paraplegic after he was involved in an unfortunate car accident. Prior to the accident, he was an avid sailor. After the accident, Danny became one of the top ranked competitive sailors in the world. He is also the founder of the Disabled Sailing Association of Ontario and is one of the sport’s foremost international ambassadors.

Thomson Rogers is a proud supporter of the Disabled Sailing Association of Ontario, and we are honoured to have represented Danny as one of the many everyday heroes we have been able to help.
