ROSS V. SARNIA (CITY)

Denitza Koev successfully represented the County of Lambton at the Ontario Land Tribunal in this official plan appeal and zoning by-law appeal matter. The County was in support of an affordable housing project that received opposition from the surrounding community due to the higher density of the proposed development. The Tribunal ultimately dismissed the appeal, allowing the development 23 affordable housing units to proceed.
