Thomson Rogers LLP Celebrates 90 Years of Legal Advocacy in Ontario

Ninety years isn’t something you celebrate alone!

This year marks a major milestone in Thomson Rogers LLP’s history: 90 years in business. To commemorate our anniversary, we invited colleagues, peers, and long-standing friends from across the legal Bar to a celebration in downtown Toronto at the end of May at Noir.

The event was more than just a gathering, it was a moment to reflect on the relationships, mentorships, and shared history that have shaped our journey. It served as a reminder of the impact we’ve had, and continue to strive for, within the legal profession and beyond.

What started as a one-man firm in 1935 has grown into one of Ontario’s most respected litigation firms, with a reputation built on advocacy, compassion, and results. While the areas we practice have evolved, our focus remains the same: fighting for our clients and those we serve.

We were especially honoured to be joined by the Honourable Todd McCarthy, M.P.P., Minister of Environment Conservation and Parks, who presented us with a congratulatory certificate recognizing our 90^th anniversary. His presence was a meaningful acknowledgement of the role the legal profession plays in upholding public trust and access to justice. We’re grateful for his kind words and recognition.

From conversations over cocktails to networking with familiar and new faces alike, the evening showcased the legal profession as a community built on connection and shared purpose.
