Nominations Now Open for the 2015 Awards of Excellence in Brain Injury Rehabilitation

Do you know of someone who has been making a difference within the brain injury community?

Nominate them for the 2015 Awards of Excellence in Brain Injury Rehabilitation.

These awards will be presented by the Ontario Brain Injury Association in collaboration with the Personal Injury Alliance (PIA Law) to those who have been selected by their peers for providing exceptional care and service to the brain injury community in the following six categories:

1. Hospital Social Worker of the Year

2. Case Manager of the Year

3. Health Care Provider of the Year

4. Community Brain Injury Association of the Year

5. Rehabilitation Company of the Year

6. Insurance Company of the Year (NEW)

 

 

 

If you know of someone or a company who has been making a difference within the brain injury community and is worthy of this recognition, nominating them is easy.

Nominations can be made online from June 1, 2015 to July 17, 2015 at 2015 Awards of Excellence Nominations.

Voting for selected nominees can be made online from August 4, 2015 to August 28, 2015.

The 2015 Awards of Excellence will be presented to the recipients at the Back to School Conference hosted by PIA Law and the Toronto ABI Network on Thursday, September 10th, 2015 at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto.
