Biography

Ida has worked in the litigation field for more than 40 years. She joined Thomson Rogers in 1997. She has worked with former Thomson Rogers lawyer Richard Halpern, whose practice centred on civil litigation with particular emphasis on medical malpractice, personal injury, professional negligence and insurance litigation. Ida has extensive experience with complex catastrophic personal injury matters, guardianship matters, and accident benefits and now works with Kate Cahill.

She graduated from the Ontario Institute of Law Clerks’ Litigation program and Estates program with an Honours Certificate.
